Element79 Partners was in the process of establishing a better
approach for helping clients mange their increasingly complex
array of marketing communications vehicles. Element 79 sought
outside, objective help with some of the operational details
of their new service offering and its associated management
tools.
Insight Garden’s role:
- Become immersed in the new proposed business offering
, leading to an assessment and refining of work-in-progress
- Provide additional substantiation and strengthening of
support for validating the new approach
- Review and refine new insight gathering tools used to
support the new multi-disciplinary management system
Results:
Element79 will be introducing these new capabilities into
the market in 2005.
